Millet Canapé – International

INGREDIENTS

    • 250gms Inner Being Pizza Dough Mix
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • ½ cup water (note – depending on the quality of the flours you may need to add more or less water. The dough should come together and you should be able to roll it without it being too sticky. Add a little water at a time until it comes together).

 

Canapé Toppings 

    • Cherry tomatoes, pesto sauce with bocconcini cheese
    • Cucumber and Hummus
    • Avocado with pomegranate
    • Beetroot hummus with pine-nuts
METHOD
Step 1- Preheat oven to 200 degree Celsius. Take a large bowl and add the flour mix. Step 2- Add olive oil and water gradually and keep bringing the dough together as you add water. Step 3-Place dough down on an oiled surface. Step 4- Roll the dough out thinly (3–5 mm thick) and cut it into small round circles for canapé. (You can choose any desired shapes like square, triangle or rectangle too) Step 5- Bake for 12-15mins or until slightly browned. Top it up with any of the suggested toppings or choose your personal favorite.

Millet Breadsticks With Sundried Tomatoes- International

INGREDIENTS

  • 250gms Inner Being Pizza Dough Mix
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • – ½ cup water (note – depending on the quality of the flours you may need to add more or less water. The dough should come together and you should be able to roll it without it being too sticky. Add a little water at a time until it comes together).
  • 150gms sundried tomatoes
  • 100gms parmesan cheese
METHOD
Step 1- Preheat oven to 200 degree Celsius. Put flour mix in a large bowl. Step 2- Add olive oil, sundried tomatoes, parmesan cheese and water gradually and keep bringing the dough together as you add water. Step 3-Place dough down on an oiled surface. Step 4- Roll the dough out thinly (3–5 mm thick) and cut 2 inches wide long strips with a knife or pizza cutter. Step 5- Bake for 12-15mins or until slightly browned. Step 6- Remove it from the oven and allow it to cool.

USE IT RIGHT

(Note – flour quality varies. Add water as required. The dough should come together and you should be able to roll it without it becoming sticky).</p>

<p style=”text-align: center;”>Place dough on a greased surface.</p>

<p style=”text-align: center;”>Roll the dough out thinly (35 mm thick) in a shape that you desire.</p>

<p style=”text-align: center;”>Bake for 12-15 minutes or until slightly brown.</p>

<p style=”text-align: center;”>Add cheese on base, followed by toppings, sprinkle leftover cheese over the toppings, and then place in the oven for another 5 minutes.</p>
